The MultiSink is a worldwide unique new Countersinking Tool designed and developed by HMT for use with Magnetic Drills, allowing the user to combine the tool with the VersaDrive product range to Broach & Countersink, Drill & Countersink, Tap & Countersink or even Drill, Tap & Countersink in one operation - providing huge time saving benefits.
The Countersunk hole will be centered by the VersaDrive Tool it is piloted with, meaning that holes are accurately countersunk every time. As the MultiSink hole is self-piloted it will provide a smooth cutting action, preventing the chattering and reduced tool life commonly experienced with standard countersinks.
The MultiSink can also be used used as dedicated Countersink only tool used with the pilot pin to ensure smooth hole running and exact accuracy every time.
To Tap & Countersink or Drill, Tap and Countersink, requires a Magnet Drill with variable speed and reverse features.
